SEO Executive

Location: Salford, Manchester

We are looking for an SEO Executive who is looking to make an impact within an award winning and friendly digital team.

The candidate must have demonstrable SEO experience of On Site and Off Site optimisation, with a minimum of 1 year SEO experience in a digital agency environment. Experience in PPC, Google Analytics, Social Networking and a good working knowledge of HTML and CSS is also required.

You will be responsible for implementing successful SEO campaigns, managing SEO clients and continuously developing the company's SEO capabilities in order to ensure clients receive the best possible up to date service.

Key job roles

Apply SEO knowledge, experience & current techniques to SEO clients campaigns
Manage and monitor allocated SEO accounts
On Site optimisation (including implementation) and Link Building.
Writing in depth SEO reports for clients and providing clear feedback on progress
Managing and building long term relationships with SEO clients

Skills and Experience

Broad online marketing knowledge
Solid understanding of up to date practices, for both On Site & Off Site SEO
Ability to achieve results for clients and develop successful SEO strategies
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS,
Experience in utilising web analytics tools
Good communicator, self-motivated and excellent time management skills.

Front-End Developer / Web Designer

Location: Salford, Manchester
Salary: Up to £24k

Award-winning digital agency 11 Out Of 10 is looking for a creative front-end web developer for a full time position in-house. We are a forward-thinking agency who loves to push the Web in the right direction.

We want someone who:

Loves to write hand-crafted HTML and CSS from scratch (particularly HTML5, CSS3)
Has good experience with JQuery and/or other JavaScript frameworks (being able to write plugins is a bonus, but being able to implement and write small scripts is a must)
Is comfortable in a LAMP development environment
Has demonstrable experience with Wordpress and other popular CMS's
Is comfortable with Adobe creative tools (particular Photoshop/Illustrator)
Loves clean, crisp typography
Has a sharp attention to detail and a keen eye for pixel-perfect design
Can translate client briefs into wireframes, mock-ups and visuals and offer recommendations founded on demonstrable knowledge of usability, accessibility and user experience
Has excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Can manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Are enthusiastic and a self-starter
Has 3+ years of experience as a Web Designer / Developer
Has at least 1 year agency experience

Bonus points if you:

Have good experience with PHP and MySQL, especially with bespoke systems
Feel right at home with AJAX
Have experience with mobile Web experience (Responsive design, PhoneGap, Titanium, etc)
Understand online marketing principles and practices and can integrate with solution such as Google Analytics
