The business was founded by Rivka Rose over thirty years ago, with a clear mission to produce skin and hair care products from naturally derived sources, that had no synthetic additives and which damaged neither the user nor the environment. This as true today as it was then.
Problem
11 Out Of 10 were asked to provide an ecommerce suite of shops that would
a) satisfy the demanding needs of their consumers to know all about their products,
b) supply and inform their retailers about the products,
c) Promote the purity and attractiveness of their wares to major international distributors.
Solution
Its early days but after only 6 months, Faith In Nature have already been swamped with positive statements about how much their customers like the new site. Visitors are up 40% and orders up 35%.

Transformulas is a world leader in providing unique, clinically researched, anti-ageing treatments that are safe, non invasive and achieve semi-permanent results.
Transformulas was founded by Rosalind Chapman who was looking to bridge the gap between medical and cosmetic beauty solutions. Her vision is to offer the best possible results without resorting to invasive treatments or surgery.
Problem
The previous website was not converting traffic very effectively. The site was poorly constructed and supported; it was difficult to navigate from a customer’s point of view and not very user-friendly to update. The site was poorly optimised for the search engines and traffic was therefore very low given the popularity for the brand and for the type of product range being offered.
Solution
11 Out Of 10 provided a totally new look and feel, implemented our latest ecommerce website, and introduced a loyalty point’s module to keep customers coming back. The site is now fully Search engine optimised and is simple to navigate and update with new products. Its early days but after only 2 months, Transformulas has already been complimented many times about their nice new site. Visitors are up 30% and orders up 35%.
